Loving yourself is non-negotiable. In trying times, giving yourself thanks and grace can provide comfort. Here are 5 ways to give yourself some gratitude:

1. Self-Care

Anything from reading a book to taking a walk to soaking in a tub. Something you do for just you can be the ultimate warm blanket.

2. Speak Positively 

Look in the mirror and say something nice about yourself. Refrain from negative self-talk when going through your day. 

3. Celebrate Your Wins

Whether it be small or large, any achievement should be celebrated. 

4. Write Yourself a Letter of Gratitude

This can be short or long. Highly recommend keeping it somewhere within eyesight to refer to frequently.

5. Treat Yo-Self

Reward yourself with something you want. Call a friend and hang out together.
